At a friend’s house last night, I was thumbing through Figure magazine. I kind of love it, even though I’m not exactly in its demographic*. An interview with Melissa McCarthy (who doesn’t love Sookie?), a Mad Men-esque fashion spread, lots of positive body image goodness… I was impressed.
* Actually, maybe I am. I’m not that much smaller (and quite a bit shorter) than Whitney Thompson, who at a size 10 is considered “full-figured” in the modeling industry.
Nobody doesn’t like Sookie.
