Text 7 Mar 1 note Wii

In the past two years, I have purchased exactly three games for my Wii. Almost exactly two years ago, on March 9, 2008, I purchased Super Smash Bros Brawl. Then, in November of last year, I purchased New Super Mario Bros Wii. Just last week I purchased The Sky Crawlers: Innocent Aces. (It was on sale for the day for $20.)

In the same period, I’ve bought probably a dozen Xbox 360 games, and maybe half again that many PC games. What is it about Nintendo’s console that just does not capture my interest? If I did not have one today, I don’t believe that I would go and buy one. Hell, I think I play my Nintendo DS more than I do the Wii. Why is it that none of the games that are attractive (to me, at least) are Wii exclusives? Almost everybody has a Wii, right?
