You know what the worst thing about theatrical 3D...
I mean, other than how much it sucks when the 3D is achieved in post-production. (Which, by the way? Sucks hardcore. Stop that, Hollywood. Bad Hollywood.) It’s how the glasses dim the picture. As much as 1/2 of the light from the projector is cut when viewing through 3D glasses, because the glasses have to filter out the picture destined for the other eye.
